I'm getting this error in Ubercart whenever I try and add a recurring fee to a product: Error: No form data was returned for that operation.
The annoying thing is that this didn't happen before I upgraded Ubercart. It appears to be working fine, but the error makes me uneasy since customers will be purchasing products on a production site....has anyone seen this before?

I get the same error. I've found that while Ubercart is a great e-commerce solution (the best I've found on Drupal), it's not super stable, and it takes a while for kinks to get worked out. That being said, I've been using it on a couple sites for a couple years now with no major issues.
