Youtube - an error occurred, please try again later

    I'm trying to embed a YouTube video in my blog via the embed code on the Youtube site. It appears to embed fine, the image and play button show up. But when I click "play" I get an error message on top of a black screen: "An error occurred, please try again later."

    On the Youtube site, the videos continue to play fine. I cannot seem to get my videos to play after embedding them. I've embedded videos in the past and haven't had this problem - it just began today. I should point out that I adjusted the width and height of the video to fit my blog page - but I didn't think that would have an adverse effect?

    Update - when I play the video in Internet Explorer, it works fine. I just can't get it to play in Firefox, where I make edits to my blog.

    Im not an expert but from what Ive read, it is probably an issue in firefox. Go up to "tools" and click "options". Make sure Java and Java script are enabled. That might work.

    Hi. The Tools- Clear recent history solutions is all over the place and didn't work for me. What did work for me actually was to go to Tools-Options->privacy-> and check "Accept third pary cookies"
