bbPress xml sitemap - exclude paths?

    Is there a way to exclude paths from the bbPress xml sitemap? I'm noticing that Google is indexing all my /profile pages (hundreds of them) which are mostly from spammers. So, I'm thinking it's best if I simply block these?
