Just a heads up for anyone that's installing MS Office 2007. If you enable the "Office Update" feature (which is good - it downloads updates, including security updates, for MS Office), it will r[b]eset your Windows Update settings.
This was particularly frustrating because I had Windows Update set to "download updates, but I choose when to install them." The reset caused it to go back to "automatically download and install updates." As a result, my PC restarted and I lost a bunch of the work I had open. Frustrating!! Shame on you MS!!
