Is this correct?
Next, set the base price to that of your shipping method floor (ie. for "up to $50" enter "0", for "between $50 and $100" enter "$50"). Next, set the default product shipping rate to 0 (this is probably what was causing your shipping rates to sum together (add up)). Finally, hit "submit" to save your shipping method.

where do you plug in the amount of the actual shipping cost? It seems this step is inaccurate as this is where the base shipping cost should be plugged in - i.e., $7.00 shipping to accommodate the conditional actions of >0<$50.00.

This right? Putting 0.00 in sets shipping at 0.00 for teh conditionals.

Same exact issue here! Thanks for the phpMyAdmin fix. I just wish they would update Ubercart so it would set the recurring fee status to "active" automatically. Can't be that hard to do, right? I'm even willing to sponsor the development.

I get the same error. I've found that while Ubercart is a great e-commerce solution (the best I've found on Drupal), it's not super stable, and it takes a while for kinks to get worked out. That being said, I've been using it on a couple sites for a couple years now with no major issues.

Thanks to the last poster for the database fix! I had set a recurring fee to cancel, and then on re-activating it it was still set to "cancelled" instead of "active." Changing the "status" to "0" (from "2") on the corresponding "rfid" in the "uc_recurring_users" table set it back to active.

I'll probably confirm on the date that the transaction (renewal) actually goes through, but it looks like it's setup correctly right now.

I get this problem when my client's credit card expires. I need to go in an manually update the CIM profile CC data. The problem is, the recurring fee has been set to "expired", and updating the profile and clearing out the balance doesn't seem to reset the recurring fee.

So I go into the database and change the value of "status" in the table "uc_recurring_users" corresponding to the recurring fee ID I want to re-activate to "0" (true, aka not expired). For those having trouble finding the right db record, Ubercart's "ID" (on the "recurring fees" page) corresponds to the database column "rfid", and the "Order" # corresponds to the "order_id" column.

It worked but I need to go back and manually re-establish all my recurring fees, as the update broke them (when I create an order, the recurring fee is no longer attached). And when I edit the recurring fee, the interval has reset to 0. Resetting and saving it twice fixed this (tested with a new recurring charge).

Is there any way to add a recurring fee to an existing order?

I'm running Drupal 6.x with Ubercart and Ubercart: Recurring Fees modules. When I browse to /admin/store/orders/recurring, all of a sudden all but one of my recurring fees is gone. It actually looks like I'm on page 2 of the list, but clicking page 1 does nothing.

When I check the database, it looks like my recurring fees are still there, just not showing up in the front end admin. Any ideas how to make my recurring fees reappear?

This could be a result of a conflict with a hook in Drupal's date module and Ubercart. Try upgrading Ubercart to a version past 6.x-2.1 (ie. 6.x-2.2 and up).

Sorry if I'm bombarding you guys with problems on this board. I've got another Drupal/ Ubercart problem. A client can't seem to get to the "review order" screen. Everytime she does, it turns up blank.

I tried to replicate the issue on my end but was unable to - everytime I see the review order screen and my order status turns to "in checkout."

Looking at my order history, I see several people that ended up in "in checkout" recently, but for the most part were able to checkout successfully.

I'm still wondering if the recent upgrade I made to Ubercart has something to do with the blank review order screen?

How do I create an Ubercart order manually (via admin) from a stored CIM profile? I know if I enter the customer's information for them during checkout, I can create the order. But since all this information (billing & shipping address and credit card info) is already stored in their CIM profile (for which I pay $20/ month), shouldn't I be able to manually create the order from their stored CIM profile?

If I edit an existing order, I'm able to charge the card via the CIM profile, so I'm guessing this should be possible. Specifically, I would like to manually create a recurring order for my client. This eliminates the hassle of having to ask them to do it themselves.

Any ideas?
