While we're not sure what causes it, we do have a solution. There's two things you can do:</p> <p>1) Shut down and restart your iPhone<br /> 2) Double click your home button (square button at bottom), then hold down your finger on the "mail" icon until it's shaking and a red minus appears above it. Touch the red minus. Touch the iPhone home button again, then Restart your mail program.</p> <p>You should see the email body again now. Basically you need to restart the mail process/ program. 1) Does this by restarting everything (the easier, but longer method). 2) Accomplishes this by restarting the mail process (by double-clicking the home button on your iPhone, and holding down your finger on an icon, you can kill running processes by tapping the minus signs).
