My PC just crashed and I was unable to deauthorize iTunes using that PC. How on earth do I deauthorize now? I'm almost at the 5 PC limit, which makes me nervous.

Once you reach your 5 PC limit (having authorized 5 iTunes computers), you'll be able to log into iTunes and deauthorize all computers. After this, simply go back and authorize those you need. You can do this anytime you reach your 5 PC limit.

Why do you have to wait until you've authorized 5 and can't deauthorize single PC's? Anyone's guess, although I imagine it has something to do with user PC identification/ privacy.
