Feedburner email subject?

I recently switched my Feedburner feed to a new URL (which, btw, I found to be pleasantly simple - I simply went in to "edit feed details" and then specified the new URL). Everything seems to be working, except that the subject of the emails being sent out (via the Publicize > "Email Subscription" feature) is still the name of the old website.

I tried editing the title via Optimize > "Title/Description Burner," but that didn't seem to change anything.

    Any ideas web rockers?

You can adjust the title by browsing to Publicize > "Email Subscriptions" > Email Branding. You'll also, optionally, be able to specify a variable - ${latestItemTitle - that will post the title of your latest post in the email subject line.

In addition, you can specify font, color, and optionally add a logo.

Furthermore, if you browse to the "Communications Preferences" section, you can specify the email address the newsletter is sent from, and the subject line and message of the email they receive to confirm their email address when they first sign up.

Finally, under "Delivery Options," you can specify what time of day the newsletter should be delivered. This can have quite an impact on click throughs, as people tend to engage emails more actively if they hit their inbox while they're sitting at their workstation.

Thanks! That's totally awesome. I guess when Google took over Feedburner they added some nifty new features

I've got another couple questions that are potentially Drupal related - I have two "read more" links in my email feed, and images are not displaying. I may ask these in a separate thread to avoid confusion with this topic.

The "read more" links can be fixed by installing the latest "Read More Link" 6.x-dev module. For the images, you need to add the "img" tag in your aggregator filter settings, and install the "Pathologic" module to give the images absolute URL's (right now they are relative to Feedburner.com, so they are not resolving, since they are hosted on your site).
