Firefox address bar disappeared?

I just switched back from using Opera 10 to Firefox 3.5, partly because so many websites simply wouldn't work in Opera. For a while I would keep both browsers, but in the end running both of them was using too much memory.

Anyways - I just loaded up Firefox and the address bar (where I type web addresses) has disappeared. Any ideas on how to get it back?

    Hi Sally,

Good question. If at any time elements of your Firefox address bar disappear, you can restore them as follows:

    • Right-click anywhere in the now empty address bar area (or to the right of the File, Edit, etc. menus)
    • Select "Customize..."
    • Drag and drop the elements (address bar, back and forth arrows, stop, home page, refresh, etc.) that are missing back into the navigation bar area and they'll be put back in place.
